Its hot out. Cool down with these...
This could easily be the new house anthem to take over this summer. The guitar sample, the vocals, the synths, everything comes together perfectly to make one hell of a track.
Haven't really listened to Louis La Roche that much, but i'm really feeling this one. Funky, french vibes over a house beat make this a great listen.
It's been awhile since this guy's put out a new tune. I've always enjoyed Afrojack's music, and this song is no exception. Trance-y background synths combined with his trademark dutch house melodies make this an instant Afrojack classic.
The original is hard to beat in terms of pure groovie-ness, but this one may take the cake. Man do I love Duck Sauce.
They'reeeee baaaaaaaack! Two dudes from Canada that straight murder it with the bass; this track is a perfect example of why I love these guys. Vocals, and some trademark wobble-y goodness...what's not to like?
Now for some extra treats...
Birdy Nam Nam, a 4 person group from france have been stirring a lot of hype lately with their latest collaboration with Skrillex. Of course, you should have known about these guys before that...but anyways, they just released a new EP. Its bonkers, its great, you should give it a listen.
Onto the mixes...
Pretty much all of my good homies were fortunate enough to make it to this year's Electric Forest Festival in Michigan...unfortunately I couldn't make it. Whatever. When they all made it back to Colorado, they couldn't stop raving about this dude DJ Solo's set...I guess it was pretty fucking great or something?
Jack Beats...a name that I associate with all things that are dope. The UK duo is back at it, and are due for some new music. They put out this mixtape to satisfy everyone's thirst until an EP has arrived.
Stay Faded.
